Start with a conversation.

Three ways to begin, depending on where your thinking is.

Ways to Start
01

Intro Call

30 minutes · No pitch

Tell me what's not working operationally. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help — and if I'm not the right person, I'll say so.

02

Working Session

60 minutes · Focused

A working hour on one operational problem — a process that keeps breaking, a delivery that keeps slipping, a workflow you want AI to take over. We work; you leave with a direction.

03

The Operating Diagnostic

Structured Engagement

The full mapping of how work moves through your business, where it stalls, and the sequenced set of fixes. Scoped after an intro call.

Give Me the Context

The questions worth answering before you write.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
Toronto, working across North America. Most engagements run remotely by default; on-site time is arranged where the work genuinely benefits from it — walkthroughs, workshops, and delivery war rooms usually do.
How does an engagement start?
Always with the intro call. If there's a fit, the usual next step is either a working session on the most pressing problem or the Operating Diagnostic — the structured mapping of the operation. Larger fractional engagements are scoped from what the Diagnostic finds.
How is the work priced?
The Diagnostic and working sessions are fixed-price. Fractional operations leadership runs on a monthly retainer scoped to the days involved. Every engagement is priced before it starts — no open meters.
What size and kind of company do you work with?
Founder-led companies and mid-market teams, across financial services, SaaS, retail, benefits administration, and professional services. The industry matters less than the situation: the business is growing faster than the operation underneath it.
What should I prepare before a call?
Nothing polished. The most useful thing you can bring is an honest description of where work stalls — the process that keeps breaking, the handoff nobody owns, the report you can't produce. Ten minutes of thought beats ten pages of slides.

If the business is growing faster than the operation underneath it, the right place to start is a conversation.
